Why this firm exists.
I grew up in the trades. I built a plumbing and heating company to $1.1 million, ran it, and exited it internally.
From the inside, it looked like success. Looking back, what held it back wasn't the work. It was what I didn't know about running it as a business, and not having anyone to show me. That gap is invisible from the owner's chair, and it quietly caps what the business can become and what it's worth to anyone else.
Most trades owners are in that same seat. NCKTR exists to show you the gap plainly, with the evidence in front of you, and then help your own people close it.
