NCKTR’s flagship engagement is The Operating System Build: a complete 12-week SOP and KPI dashboard build for trade business owners doing $1M–$15M in revenue. $12,500 fixed fee across three milestones ($5,000 kickoff, $4,000 at Week 6, $3,500 on final delivery). If we don’t deliver your completed Operations SOPs and KPI dashboard within 12 weeks, the final $3,500 milestone is waived.

4. Delivery & Handoff (Week 12) — Full delivery, delegation mapping, and your 90-Day Implementation Roadmap.
