For qualified trade business operators who want full access to NCKTR’s consulting without a cash retainer, the ZERO Entry Model eliminates the upfront fee. Any equity NCKTR receives is negotiated on a client-by-client basis and set against an independent, third-party company appraisal, as required under IRS fair market value standards (409A valuation). The resulting equity position will not exceed 10% under any engagement.
