The Readiness Build is 12 weeks of assisted implementation on the diagnostic's top three priorities, followed by a Day-90 re-score.

Bench in months 4–6. Revenue in months 7–9. Proof in months 10–12. The same 25 criteria are re-scored at Day 0, Day 90, Month 6 and Month 12.
